5/6/2019 . . . Thanks to the masterful carpentry skills of Scott Clareen, we now have our own Little Free Library/ book swap which has just been installed at Areaway 2. The process is easy; add a book- take a book. The little library is intended for grown-ups and children. Please keep your book donation to 1 or 2 books. DO NOT leave any books in boxes or bags. We are looking for volunteers that are interested in becoming Board Members of The Spinnler Point Colony Association. Every year there are three Director positions that are up for renewal. No previous experience is necessary.
This year the following positions will need to be filled:
Board of Directors (3 openings)
Treasurer - paid position - $100/month, (this position will require a basic understanding of book keeping/accounting)
SPCA holds six board meetings each year as well as the general membership meeting, which each Board member is expected to attend. Meeting schedules can be found on the SPCA home page. So give it a try and get involved in our wonderful community!

4/15/2019 . . . It is with sadness that we report the passing of another founding father of Spinnler Point, J. Willard “Ziggy” Landis. Ziggy and his late wife, Marguerite, purchased their home on Shore Road in 1957. He was actively involved in the initial formation of Spinnler Point Colony Association. Read more.
